New students underway on Fridays

New students to the game have begun learning mini-bridge on Friday mornings. One has a PhD in maths while others have played trick taking games in their home countries and have been quick to grasp the basics.  The nearly all have a good level of English.  Players at the regular Friday morning drop-in session have made our students very welcome. The NZB lesson course will be delivered starting Friday 7 September - anyone wanting a refresher is welcome to attend.
