NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – 3 December 2018

The Cambridge Contract Bridge Club (Inc) would like to advise that on Monday 3 December 2018 at 6.00pm we will be holding our AGM, followed by dinner and prizegiving.  The venue is the Clubrooms, Fort Street, Cambridge.  Anyone is welcome to attend.

ELECTION OF 2019 COMMITTEE

The positions available are:

  • President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Club Captain
  • 6 Committee members

If you wish to stand for one of the positions, you will need to be nominated by a club member and seconded by another.  Please let Jenny Oxley (Secretary) or Vicki Jacobsen (President) know by Monday 26 November 2018.

GENERAL BUSINESS

Any items of general business must be in the hands of the Secretary by Monday 19 November 2018.
