HelloClub Moves Up a Gear

With HelloClub having been generally accepted and well bedded in we are about to turn on a new feature: automated email advice that your account contains funds enough for only two more games. Starting from September members will receive these notices when their account balance falls below $8 after playing their latest session.

Remember .. there are several easy ways to top up, the most efficient being to use the embedded POLi function in your HelloClub account. The club picks up the bank fees for POLi. If you wish to use Visa it is also available in HelloClub but you must pay the bank fees. Direct credit to the club's account was a favourite method when we used to sell vouchers: it is still acceptable. Or just sign the clipboard at the front of the room when you wish to pay with cash.

Note 1: From time to time there may be timing issues with crediting off-line payments to your account. If you know you've paid but it hasn't hit your account at time of receiving an email please ignore the email.

Note 2: Continued payments of $4 a game may well keep your account on the right side of $zero but will not turn off the emails. If you really like paying per game you can stop the emails by putting a $10 buffer in your account.
