Switch from Hello Club to Compa$$

COMPA$$ - A change in how the club manages subs and table money payments.

Our Compass scoring system has an integrated financial system (Compa$$) currently in use by other Compass clubs including our neighbours at Te Awamutu, Hamilton, and Morrinsville. We have made the switch as we no longer need HelloClub to manage payments of table money and subs. From Saturday 14th Nov Compa$$ will be keeping our records of attendance, payments and prizes in a manner similar to Hello Club.

The Club has opened a new bank account 03-1568-0121010-000 with Westpac Cambridge.

Our preferred option for ease of management and accountability is that you top-up your Compa$$ account directly into the club’s new bank account using Internet Banking. Please set up the club as a payee in your Internet Banking or, if you already have it, change the account number to the new one above.

You will no longer be able to pay through Hello Club (POLi or Stripe) as these features were de-commissioned with the move to Compa$$. If you pay cash you can continue to do so. Be sure to record your payments on the clipboard at the front of the room. Just a reminder - cheques are on the way out with most banks.

A full backup of all transactions and closing balances was made before members’ funds were transferred to Compa$$ - just in case there is something in the past you wish to revisit.

An initial statement covering transferred balances and the first week's activity has been produced and emailed to everyone. The Hello Club website will remain available for most of December - you are invited to check your account to confirm that we got the transfer right.
