Congratulations to them all.

Switch from Hello Club to Compa$$

COMPA$$ - A change in how the club manages subs and table money payments.

Our Compass scoring system has an integrated financial system (Compa$$) currently in use by other Compass clubs including our neighbours at Te Awamutu, Hamilton, and Morrinsville. We have made the switch as we no longer need HelloClub to manage payments of table money and subs. From Saturday 14th Nov Compa$$ will be keeping our records of attendance, payments and prizes in a manner similar to Hello Club.

Oh Dear! They're Pulling Away From Us in TGBR

Whoops - Tauranga has slipped its cable again by winning the second leg with a similar margin to last week's Great Boat Race victory. Check out this link to Karen Martelletti's analysis on the Tauranga site.

Congratulations to Beth and Barb who are Cambridge's leaders after the two rounds with an average of  62.11%. Overall leaders are Mike and Angela Johnson of Tauranga with an average of 64.90%.

This is a fun and relaxed event where pairs all over New Zealand play at exactly the same time and are scored across the country. At the end of the night you receive a booklet that explains each board in detail and what you should or should not have done!!! Come along and enjoy a night of bridge.

The Great Boat Race has started

From the Tauranga boat club.....

The starting gun has fired and the race is underway !

Tauranga has found its foils and is at the 54.23% mark with Cambridge Dragging its anchor and trailing slightly behind at the 51.19% Mark.

A slight change to the way this is calculated this year.  We are now using the X Club handicap system which takes into account the strength of the partnership, the opposition and the field. We average the handicap scores for each club and use that as the total for the club.
