Steve and Sue shine at the WAPS

Congratulations to Sue and Steve who not only were the best non-open pair but came second overall at the Cambridge WAPS.  They were consistently good all day coming third both sessions with 60.4% and 58.59%.

The room was nearly full with 16 tables, which kept our capable director, Pam Moore, happily occupied.  We are grateful to both her and Mike Neels, who scored for the day.

Thanks to Irenee and AFT Pharmaceuticals for their generous donation enabling a larger prize pool and gifts.

We are also grateful to all our helpers on the day (Beth and Anna for being spare pair and helping, Ian T, Raelene and Ian M) as well as all the Cambridge members who ensured morning tea was a feast.
