Cambridge has its own Tournament Director - Pam Moore

Huge Congratulations to Pam Moore who has just qualified as a NZ Bridge Tournament Director. This is no mean feat! Pam has attended a number of three hour long online seminars, swotted over assignments and then funded herself to go to ChCh to sit the in person practical and theory exams over the recent three day long weekend.

Pam advises that she has done this more for her own knowledge and desire to support our club’s directors and players as opposed to having any plans to direct major tournaments.  

We are very lucky as a bridge club to have a Convenor of Directors of such high calibre!
