Ayako NZ Bridge volunteer of the month!

 Our own Ayako! On Thursday Richard Soloman from NZ Bridge presented Ayako with an award for being the NZ bridge volunteer of the month for October. No one deserved it more. The club also presented her with a small gift to recognise all the work she does for our club!

A lovely afternoon of bridge followed with Ayako directing and ending up being runner up with Sue Peake of the Shirley Holmes memorial Pairs. Kevin and Di winning the series.

Richard then took a very worthwhile seminar for experienced Intermediate and Open players on signalling. Look out everyone some of us will be practising and rubbing our noses vigorously!!
