Junior Restricted fun afternoon success.
It was lovely to see 12 tables of Junior members and their partners on Sunday afternoon.
We played Bringo and answered Clare's bridge questions for fun spot prizes.
After the bridge we concluded with afternoon tea and companionship and a small prize giving.
Alongside our Cambridge members we had players from Te Awamutu, Matamata, Te Aroha, Morrinsville and Waitomo.
The winners of the event and the Junior /Open section were our own Michael Neels and Sandra Gissing. Runner ups in that section were Joy Williams and Judith Howard.
The winners of the Junior/Junior section were Vicki Shelton and Anthea MacKenzie ( Novices) with the runner uppers our own Linda and David Buckley.
The Intermediate/ Junior section was won by Kay Hanna and Barbara Andrews followed by Gretchen Gavey and Melanie Trevethick with Allison Richardson card turning. All from Cambridge.
Covid kept Linda and David Buckley here in Cambridge. This is our gain!!
