Club Captain's November Newsletter - AGM 4 December 6pm, Christmas Series and News Flash

We are currently playing the last events for the year and you will all be looking forward to our Christmas festive sessions and the AGM.

Christmas Festive Sessions - 
Themes for each of these nights are:

Wednesday 29th November 7.00pm - Christmas Carols

·       

Wednesday 6th December 7.00pm - Christmas at the beach

·       

Wednesday 13th December 7.00pm -Tinsel and lights
 

Remember it is a drawn partner series which gives you the opportunity to meet and/or get to know and play with other members of the club.  There will be delicious food and lots of socialising AND mini prizes for the best costumes. 

Annual General Meeting

The AGM is on Monday 4th December at 6.00pm starting with meeting, followed by the prize giving. Immediately after the formalities light refreshments will be served. 
 

NEWS FLASH – EXCITING NEWS
 

Beginner Lessons for Bridge 2024

We will be holding 10 evening lessons Tuesday nights starting 27th February, 7-9pm with  Kim Grounds and her helpers
and 10 daytime lessons Thursday starting 29th February 9.30-11.30am with Pam Moore, Kim Grounds & Josie van Weerd 
The content will be the same at both sessions so learners can attend either time. 
 

PLEASE ENCOURAGE ANYONE YOU KNOW TO ATTEND 
 

The cost will be $80 which includes tuition, booklets, some extra supervised sessions and a year subscription to the Cambridge Bridge Club.
